The company’s journey began under the leadership of first-generation entrepreneur Rohtaas Goel, who started with construction and contracting services. Omaxe entered the real estate sector in 2001 with its first project—executive floors in Gurugram. Over the years, the company has grown significantly, getting listed on National Stock Exchange of India and Bombay Stock Exchange in 2007 and achieving a net worth of ₹1,638 crores by 2020.
